Product roadmap is live and available to everyone to participate
This week you will discover how we did our first spending analysis, what data we collect with account statements and why we created our own internal Slack bot (CrackerJack!). Stay with me if you want to know more 🧐
TLDR: To sum it up, last week (for the first time) we :
received account statements and started our analysis,
onboarded paying users,
hired a talking parrot,
developed your notification center.
Onboardings & working with Qonto accounts
We received account statements from all of our clients. This way, we were able to identify recurring spendings and link them with our marketplace (647 services to date). The first step was to highlight those expenses and we found more than we were expecting.
Most of our current users were curious in knowing more than only SaaS related spendings so we added more data (Uber, SNCF, Insurance and so on). The way we built the dashboard is convenient enough to add contract information and stay in top of every licences (press, health, bank contracts are manageable).
So you will received alerts concerning your SaaS renewal dates, but not only, you can manage all your contracts & spendings in Chaos! 📜
Looks like our users like Qonto
80% of our customers are using Qonto, so after some manual work we decided that it was time to automate that part of the job. Currently, we’re only working with .csv export from our (beloved) users and that’s great. But an integration seems to be even more effective for us, so it’s now on the roadmap.
If someone already worked on the Qonto API, we’ll be more than happy to take a moment with you !
Notification center
Sydney’s weekend was spent on our notification center that is now operational. This feature has two objectives :
Alerting our users when we discover opportunities for them (we’re going to give a 1000$ coupon on a specific SaaS to one of our user for example)
Centralizing all of your notifications (contract renewal dates, account inactivity detection, …)
Crackerjack: the slack parrot bot
Sydney also came on monday morning with a surprise ! 🦜
Crackerjack is our internal Slack bot and updates us on some specific tasks. We were wondering if the development of your company’s internal Slack bot could be of any interest for you ? We might write a dedicated tutorial article if you are interested in building your own !
Our product roadmap is live
You can participate to our public roadmap here ! 🤖
It’s still early and we would love to receive feedbacks if you have some (we have a dedicated product roadmap meeting every Friday to update it).
So that’s it for week 6 ! If we can help you regarding :
Reducing the time of getting your invoices,
Analysing your SaaS spendings,
Managing your licenses.
We’re one click away 🖐
