Is Onboarding/Offboarding a pain for you ?
A week around the go-to-market, how to always have more people on the phone ?
I hope everyone is feeling ok and stay safe in this troubling time. On our side, last week was the foundation of our go-to-market organisation. We are actively looking for people to talk and get feedback over the phone. Are you available to talk about SaaS and workflow automation in the next days?
Help us by sharing your pain ! 🎉
TLDR: To sum it up, last week we :
Had our first structured go-to-market meeting,
Started to refer some great perks and gave a client a 1000$ discount on a service he already paid for,
Developed a game about SaaS (launching next week!),
Our go-to-market strategy
We understood last week that our first surge seems now to be out of breath. From a prototype, to a demo, to a working product we decided to put aside curious beta testers to focus on power users.
But we need to contact them.
Our go-to-market is weekly meeting.
Pipeline and demos debrief,
Updates on current projetcs,
Brainstorm on new ideas (once a month).
We’re still on a product development phase, the go-to-market is not for us a way to sell but to create a strategy in which we interact regurlarly and with process with our target market.
We’re still looking for user feedbacks !
We’re still looking (and will for a long time) to chat if you’re:
looking for a SaaS management solution (or if you already have one),
struggling with onboarding/offboarding workflow (or if you have a solution),
would like to audit your subscription spendings.
Let’s focus on something positive together, it will be a fun 20mn call ! 🥳
A monthly brainstorm for growth strategies
During our first brainstorm, we listed 25 different ideas ! You will soon discover the first one that we built on our free time, a small game about SaaS knowledge… stay connected next week to play it with us (we don’t think that growth strategy is only cold mailing).
Then, we would like to create “how to” articles in helping users combine several SaaS in order to optimize their day-to-day tasks. That can be created from scratch or hosting a company with established working process that they want to share! If you struggle with switching from specific SaaS to SaaS, tell us 💪
Last thing I wanted to share with you was a great article posted this week by Lenny Rachitsky and written by Patrick Campbell (CEO ProfitWell) “How to price your SaaS product”. You should have a look if you’re working in the SaaS environment ! The concept of value metric hooked me, we’ll re-think this through soon.
That’s it for week 7
Thank you for reading our weekly newsletter! I hope everyone is ok and has prepared the upcoming lockdown for my fellow French people.
See you next week ! And if you did not subscribe yet 👇
