Helping companies cut costs on recurring spendings
It’s already two month & 2 weeks since Chaos started. Thank you for following us ! Our first integrations are now live and what a pleasure it is to be on the edge of our next features. 😀
TLDR: to sum it, last week we :
Identified our first cost-savings opportunities in our clients spendings (3950€ for one small company)
Had a second batch of workflow interviews. If you have a lot of onboarding / offboarding in your team or are looking to automate tasks between multiple SaaS, ping us !
Started working on our blog and content creation. Do you have expertise and would like to be featured on our blog ? We’ll be more than happy to host you
Launched our Ultimate SaaS Quiz and more than 1000 people played it!
concerning integration, we completed Qonto & started Slack.
With financial data, we are able to help companies cut cost
Basically, when we onboard our users on Chaos, we map recurring spendings and SaaS usage. From there, we asked ourselves “aren’t we able to help our user cust costs?” 🤔
Yes, we can
For now, we have identified three sources of cost-savings opportunities :
Perks that we offer to our community (and the list keeps growing),
Downgrading plan on main SaaS spendings,
Engage on annual plan for monthly spendings.
Some of the work is still manual, but we’ll do it for everyone before the onboarding. I’m sure we can help you cut cost regarding SaaS spendings, wanna try ? 😏
Our current integration roadmap
Last Saturday, I understood that I’ll need to ask our current users for their October financial data. Even if our early users know there are still a bit of friction in some process, I decided to work on our first bank integration for automating our collecting process.
And thanks to Qonto API, the job was done in half a day, kudos to the team ! The API is quite fun to play with and easy to implement. 🥳
On the usage and workflow side, Zoom and Slack are on the way. We’re in the process of being validated by Zoom and working on organizing the huge Slack API.
Still interviewing fast-paced companies regarding SaaS automation
